Well-defined red fruit notes. Persistent and refined. Typical hints of blackberry and intense cherry, clean and fruity.
Typical vegetal notes of Merlot are also perceived. The grapes that make up this wine are harvested both by hand and mechanically.
They are destemmed, softly pressed, then fermented for 10 days at 25-26°C
